Every project is designed based upon the image the customer wants to convey. This sign is for a restaurant with a southwestern cuisine and decor. A presentation is then arranged with the customer. Generally this is done in a wire frame image such as the one shown here. At this time different aspects are discussed as well as design elements, colors, finishes, budget, etc. Once the project is initiated 100% of the fabrication is done on premises. |

We use hand selected redwood, laminate it to size, and shape the panel. |

When the panel shape is complete the sign blank is placed face down. Support cleats are glued and screwed to the rear. |

The signs have just been sandblasted and have been inspected for defects. They are lightly sanded and prepared for the finish process. |
